One of your ideal sleep options for a vacation is a bed and breakfast. A bed and breakfast service comes with multiple benefits and proper sleep is a big one.

When you choose a bed and breakfast, you will find many sleep advantages over a standard hotel. Check out some of the reasons why.

1. Less Foot Traffic

A bed and breakfast inn will naturally have a lot fewer guests than a hotel. Foot traffic going by your door through the night can result in disturbances as you try to sleep.
